TOMManikin - BLAST
The North American Rescue TOMManikin® BLAST is a high-fidelity trauma training simulator designed to realistically replicate blast and amputation injuries for advanced medical and tactical training. Built to withstand rugged field environments, the TOMManikin® BLAST allows instructors and students to perform realistic bleeding control, airway, and evacuation procedures under simulated combat or mass casualty conditions.
Developed in collaboration with military medics and trauma educators, the TOMManikin® BLAST features modular limb attachments, integrated lifelike skin, and pressurized bleeding systems that produce realistic blood flow from traumatic wounds. The system allows trainees to practice the application of tourniquets, wound packing, junctional hemorrhage control, and casualty movement in dynamic scenarios that mirror real-world challenges.
Durable, weather-resistant construction and replaceable wound modules make the TOMManikin® BLAST ideal for repeated field use in both indoor and outdoor environments.
