SOF® TOURNIQUET

The SOF® Tourniquet  (SOF®T) represents the newest evolution in prehospital tourniquet design, setting the benchmark for performance and reliability. Purpose-built from years of research, material testing, and end-user feedback, the SOF® delivers smoother, faster one-handed and two-handed application for the most effective bleeding control in the field.

Originally developed by a Special Forces medic during deployment in Afghanistan, the SOF® Tourniquet was engineered to save lives and continues to be trusted by elite military units, first responders, and emergency personnel worldwide. The latest version is stronger, lighter, and easier to use than ever before, allowing providers to stop the bleed anywhere life takes them.

The SOF® easily slides over an arm or leg for rapid application, and its buckle can be unclipped to fit around trapped or hard-to-reach limbs. Purposeful upgrades such as the Performance Compression Band, Slack Indicator Wedge, and Rugged Buckle ensure consistent, efficient, and secure application when bleeding control is needed most.
