Designed to sit beside your AED in a public access cabinet, the Twin Pack contains two complete Individual PABC Advanced with Celox™ kits packaged in a compact, rugged nylon carrying case. Two kits means two patients, or two responders working a single patient, with no time lost opening separate containers. The case opens fast, the contents are laid out for intuitive use, and every component inside is proven on the battlefield and in civilian prehospital care.

The Advanced Celox configuration pairs a CAT® tourniquet, the most widely fielded limb tourniquet in emergency medicine, with Celox™ Rapid hemostatic gauze for wounds where a tourniquet cannot be applied. This includes junctional injuries, neck wounds, and deep torso lacerations. Celox works in patients on blood thinners and activates on contact with blood, accelerating clotting in the wounds most likely to cause rapid exsanguination.

Public Access Bleeding Control is a parallel program to Public Access Defibrillation. The principle is identical: place lifesaving equipment in the hands of the nearest bystander, reduce the time to intervention, and change the outcome. The PABC Twin Pack is the equipment side of that program.
