Celox™ Rapid is an advanced hemostatic gauze designed to stop severe bleeding faster than traditional methods, helping save valuable seconds in critical situations. Trusted by military, tactical, and emergency medical professionals worldwide, Celox™ Rapid combines a powerful chitosan-based hemostatic agent with a unique gauze structure that works independently of the body’s normal clotting mechanism.
Unlike standard gauze, Celox™ Rapid forms an instant gel-like clot that adheres to the wound site-even in the presence of heavy arterial bleeding or anticoagulants. It’s effective on hypothermic or hemodiluted blood, requires only 60 seconds of compression, and is easily removed with water or saline during definitive care.
